SALES & MARKETING MANAGER
Job Description :
- To identify and developnew business relationships with Pharmaceutical industry,Contract Research Organizations (CRO), and academic or research institutions.
- To contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- To network with clients and candidates to establish and maintain qualified leads and ensure they are being supported and valued.
- To serve as the first point of contact for new potential clients seeking information on the products and services the organization provides.
- To plan and perform marketing initiatives.
Job Requirements :
- Min. master’s degree (with some background in life sciences).
- At least 3 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, research, and/or medical industry.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in presenting to senior decision-makers in the Pharma/Biotech/Medical industry.
- Good business communication skills (in Bahasa Indonesia and English; verbal and written).
- Ability to be mobile, agile, manage complex projects, and multi-task.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty.
- Willingness to learn and develop a high level of knowledge across a broad range of products and services.
