SALES & MARKETING MANAGER

Job Description :

  1. To identify and developnew business relationships with Pharmaceutical industry,Contract Research Organizations (CRO), and academic or research institutions.
  2. To contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  3. To network with clients and candidates to establish and maintain qualified leads and ensure they are being supported and valued.
  4. To serve as the first point of contact for new potential clients seeking information on the products and services the organization provides.
  5. To plan and perform marketing initiatives.

Job Requirements :

  1. Min. master’s degree (with some background in life sciences).
  2. At least 3 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, research, and/or medical industry.
  3. Strong commercial acumen with experience in presenting to senior decision-makers in the Pharma/Biotech/Medical industry.
  4. Good business communication skills (in Bahasa Indonesia and English; verbal and written).
  5. Ability to be mobile, agile, manage complex projects, and multi-task.
  6. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty.
  7. Willingness to learn and develop a high level of knowledge across a broad range of products and services.
